| Semrock now offers emission filters specially optimized for use with the Molecular Devices / Axon Instruments GenePix high-performance microarray scanners for acquisition and analysis of expression data from DNA microarrays, protein microarrays, tissue arrays, and cell arrays. These are the same filters that have been qualified by Molecular Devices / Axon Instruments and ship with new GenePix systems. These filters are compatible with the following instruments: |

- GenePix Personal 4100A (Red and Green filters only);
- GenePix Professional 4200A (all filters when all four lasers are installed);
- GenePix Autoloader 4200AL (all filters when all four lasers are installed).

The fluorophores listed in the table above have been demonstrated to provide a high signal-to-noise ratio in the GenePix systems. While additional fluorophores might be compatible with these filters, results may vary. The filters have been specifically designed to provide very high blocking at the associated laser wavelength, thus obviating the need for a second laser rejection filter while exhibiting the highest possible performance.
