These 45-degree angle of incidence dichroic beamsplitters are optimized for the most popular lasers used for  fluorescence imaging, including newer all-solid-state lasers. Reflection is guaranteed > 98% (s-polarization) and > 94% (average polarization) at the laser wavelengths, plus > 93% average transmission. BrightLine Laser Dichroics are designed to contribute less than one Rayleigh Range of shift in focus (relative to a perfectly flat mirror) at the focal plane of a microscope objective or other focusing lens after reflecting a collimated Gaussian laser beam with a waist diameter up to 2.5 mm.
